We are fast approaching the end of the third quarter for 2021, with a different exit to how we entered back at the end of June.
Following an extremely busy period in May, June and July things have simmered down to a more realistic level. The most active bracket is the £250k - £500K accounting for the lion’s share of sales, with the next category stretching up to £800k being more active than the previous quarter.
Settling into this current period we believe things will pick up slightly with families returning from their holidays and being resident on the Island.
Enquiries from the UK and further afield are still occurring, albeit on a lesser scale than back at the end of 2020 and early 2021.
